Service stations use video surveillance for the purpose of protecting the property and health of employees and visitors, as well as the property and rights of Circle K. In the checkout area, audio may also be recorded when necessary,  with the aim of protecting the employee from threatening behavior. When audio recording is activated, the background light of this information display is illuminated. The legal basis for recording images and audio is our legitimate interest. The data controller is Circle K Eesti AS.

When paying by bank card, we may ask you to present an identity document if necessary.

We do not sell alcohol or tobacco products to persons under 18 years of age or to persons who are clearly intoxicated. We also do not sell energy drinks to persons under 16 years of age. If there is any doubt, the staff member is required to ask the buyer to present an identity document to verify their age. If the buyer refuses to present an identity document, the staff member is obliged to refuse the sale of age restricted products.
The consumption of alcohol is prohibited inside the service station store.

For security reasons, the amount of cash in the register is limited. When paying with a large banknote, there may not be enough change available. We accept up to 50 valid euro coins. A receipt is issued only upon the customer’s request.

Filming or photographing Circle K employees or customers on Circle K premises is not permitted without their prior consent.

Circle K reserves the right to refuse service to any person whose behavior disrupts public order, endangers the safety of employees or customers, or poses a verbal threat in the form of assault, intimidation, or harassment.

To submit a complaint, the customer may contact a Circle K Eesti AS service station to resolve the matter by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
